These terms govern your use of the House of Things hosted service. By creating an account you agree to them.
Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it or access data that isn't yours. You're responsible for the devices and content you connect.
Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Space owners control access for the members and guests they invite.
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current period. Free access for residents and guests requires no payment.
The service is provided "as is". Because the system is local-first, your own devices keep operating during any hosted-service interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
